Stift AS receives authorization from Finanstilsynet

Stift AS has been authorized as a company service provider by the Norwegian FSA, and can now sell shelf companies in the Norwegian market.

On 14 March 2025, Stift AS was notified that the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) had granted the company's application for authorization as a provider of business services. This authorization allows Stift AS to sell shelf companies to businesses and individuals who need to start new companies at short notice — something that is often relevant in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

With the authorization in place, Stift AS will develop solutions that make buying shelf companies smooth and efficient. We look forward to offering this to the Norwegian market and thereby contributing to increased value creation in Norwegian business.
